Create instant quotes and invoices!


We propose forms to create invoices, quotes, purchase orders and delivery notes. They are self-service so you do not need to register. You simply have to fill out the form you have chosen correctly. Once it is complete, you can get a printable and saveable version .

These forms are available free of charge by this invoice software.

Choose what you want create


Choose if you want to create a quote or create an invoice from the menu above.

I want to create a price quote

1 - Put your mouse on the "create quote" button, a menu appears (arrow #1) .
2 - If you want to "create a new quote without VAT" click on the link (arrow #2).
3 - If you want to "create a new quote with VAT" click on the link (arrow #3).



I want to create an invoice

4 - Put your mouse on the "create invoice" button, a menu appears (arrow #4).
5 - If you want to "create a new invoice without VAT" click on the link (arrow No. 5).
6 - If you want to "create a new VAT invoice" click on the link (arrow 6).


Fill the form

Perform these actions as if you need to manually create

1 - Fill in the information about your company (name, address, zip code, city, ...)
2 - Enter the address of the recipient of the quote or invoice (name, address, zip code, city. ..)
3 - Enter a number
4 - Reference date work
5 - Insert a title (optional)
6 - List all the services you realize (description, quantity, unit price, VAT (if you invoice)
7 - Add various clauses. In the quote, you can set the amount of a deposit and the expiry date of your price. In the invoice, you might set the terms of payment, the payment deadline and conditions in case of late payment
8 - Put a comment (optional). It may be interesting to put a little message like: "Thank you for having solicited / trusted us."
9 - Finish your quote / invoice by putting in the footer information such as your social capital , your SIRET ... (optional)

Focus on services

The default form contains three lines of service. If this number is not enough you can add as many as you want using the button under the Table of Services(arrow 1).

This button adds a new row at the bottom of the table of services(arrow # 2). To move the line where you want, just move the line with the mouse and clicking on the "move" button (arrow #3). Besides, there is a "delete" button (arrow #4) to erase the lines you want to see disappear.

If you have unused services they do not appear in the print version.

Focus on categories

Add a category is as simple as adding a service. Under the table, you will find a button (arrow #1) to create categories.

Once you click it, a new line appears at the bottom of the table(arrow # ). It is a different color from the other lines wich has no box to enter a price or quantity.
Up this line where you want, just move the line with the mouse by clicking the "move" button (arrow #3). Besides, there is a "delete" button (arrow #4) to erase the lines you want to see disappear.


Visualize, print and save

Your document in PDF format

At any time, view the results of your invoice by clicking the "Create PDF file (print / save)" button (arrow #1).

When you have finished filling out the form, the same "Create PDF file (print / save)" button (arrow #1) Allows you to keep a copy of your invoice or quote in a PDF format your computer. you can print and ready to sent at your customers

Be careful on

At the inputs of name and address of your company and your customer's

To have a correct rendering printable each new line must be terminated by a newline. (arrow 1 in the image below)
In fact, if you use spaces to newline it will cause a bad record even though the display, the result will appear correct. (arrow 2)
